Sports Minded was founded by a group of experienced agents who left major agencies to do things differently. After years inside the system, we saw the need for a more personal, people-first approach—where athletes are treated as individuals, not commodities. We created a boutique agency built on genuine relationships, honest support, and elite service—offering the highest level of professionalism with the personal touch big firms often lack.
Our team includes qualified lawyers with over 30 years of experience in high-level contract negotiation across Australian law and business. In a short time, we’ve already negotiated the largest rookie deal in AFL history and secured tier one contracts for a third of our players.
