NED COSTELLO
Director

An elite junior runner Ned’s passion for sport and travel has taken him all over the world, whilst completing qualifications in Law and Public Relations. However, football has always been his first love and while completing his law degree, Ned worked and volunteered in both AFL player management and recruiting for two highly respected AFL clubs.

Ned’s passion for talent development and junior welfare, in combination with his professional experience, make him perfectly placed to represent players in an elite professional environment. However most importantly, it puts him in an ideal position to ensure talented junior athletes get the best out of themselves and develop not only as footballers but also as people.

ANDREW BACH
Head Mentor

Andrew ‘Bachy’ Bach has been working with adolescents and young adults in the field of mental wellbeing since completing his studies in social work. Having worked for NGO’s and private enterprise, Bachy has honed his skills to foster a holistic approach incorporating all aspects of the individual’s lives. The focus of this work utilises the strengths perspective and a solution focused modality to assist young people reach their goals and realise their potential.

STEPHEN KELLIS
Player Agent

Stephen Kellis is also presently a partner of BDK Lawyers specialising in contracts and negotiation. Stephen has many years experience as a player agent in football and basketball. He has negotiated deals all over the world including in Australia, Europe and the NBA in America. Stephen played basketball at an ABA level and has over 10 years experience coaching junior sport in South Australia. His experience both as a mentor and a professional negotiator makes him perfectly placed to represent an athlete’s interests both on and off the field.

ANDREW DNISTRIANSKY
Player Agent

Andrew has been involved in junior football in South Australia for over a decade and has many years experience as an agent in the AFL. Andrew has a law degree and is presently a Partner of Botten Dnistriansky Kellis Lawyers specialising in the area of contracts and negotiation. Andrew is a Rostrevor College Old Scholar and was Head Prefect of the College in 1992. Andrew was also a member of the Norwood Football Club and has a great understanding of the South Australian football landscape.

JOSH EATON
Player Agent

Sport has always been a huge part of Josh’s life, having been involved in different aspects of grassroots and elite sport for almost two decades – from marketing and advertising, to media and community engagement. Josh has both law and business degrees. Josh is an accredited agent with a passion for personalisation, empowerment and development.
